You can find this achievement a little hard to complete as the story mission is quite tough.

This secret achievement is only possible by completing the game. You will get this secret achievement when you complete the last Main Quest. One just has to go through the story missions. This gives you 20 points.

Seven Farmers

When you complete the Main Quest “Seven Farmers”, this achievement will be unlocked in the Xbox panel of achievements. It will give you 10 points extra with a total of 20 points by unlocking it,
