The video shows two men working on top of the Telcom tower. People below watch them as they do their job. One of the people below recorded the incident on his mobile phone. Both of them seem to work smoothly. Suddenly the worker on top slips and falls to the ground below. He hits the steel bars of the tower a few times as he fell. A big sound is heard as he hits the ground. The people below, shocked, go to check on him. They lift him up and put him in a van to take him to the hospital. But unfortunately he was declared dead on arrival.

The reason for the accident is due to unsafe working conditions. The workers are supposed to strap themselves to the steel bars before starting their work. If one slips, the safety harness will save them.
