Pareeksha  The Final Test is a 2019 Hindi-language drama film directed by Prakash Jha. The film stars Adil Hussain, Priyanka Bose, Sanjay Suri, Shourya Deep, and Shubham Jha in the main lead roles. This film shows the actual struggles of education. It takes us on the journey of the kid and his father.

Peranbu is a 2018 Indian Tamil-language film written and directed by Ram and produced by P. L. Thenappan. It features Mammootty, Sadhana in the lead roles. The film has opened to great responses from critics. Karthik Kumar of HT rated the film 4.5/5 and called the film “a devastatingly beautiful intense emotional drama” and was all praise about Ram’s direction and performance by Mammootty.

4. Sudani from Nigeria (2018)

Sudani from Nigeria is a 2018 Indian Malayalam-language sports drama film written and directed by Zakariya Mohammed, with dialogues co-written by Muhsin Parari. The story follows a Nigerian football player who joins a club in Malappuram, Kerala for a sevens football tournament.  It met with a positive response and was a commercial success at the box office. The film has won five awards at the 2018 Kerala State Film Awards, including Best Screenplay, Best Film with Popular Appeal and Aesthetic Value, Best Debut Director, Best Actor, and Best Character Actress

5. Nagarkirtan (2017)


Nagarkirtan is an Indian Bengali film written and directed by Kaushik Ganguly. The film stars Riddhi Sen as Parimal, a trans woman from rural Bengal, and Ritwick Chakraborty as Madhu, a flute player from the Kirtaniya town of Nabadwip. At the 65th National Film Awards, the film won four Awards including, Special Jury Award (Feature Film) and National Film Award for Best Actor for Riddhi Sen

6. Tu Hai Mera Sunday

Tu Hai Mera Sunday is a 2016 Indian Hindi slice of life film was written and directed by Milind Dhaimade and produced by Varun Shah. It is the story of a group of five friends in the noisy, crowded city of Mumbai, and what follows when their Sunday soccer game on the beach is canceled. Upon release, it received positive reviews from critics. It has a Rotten Tomatoes rating of 100%.

Madaari is a 2016 Indian social thriller film directed by Nishikant Kamat. The film stars Irrfan Khan, Vishesh Bansal, Jimmy Shergill,  Tushar Dalvi, and Nitesh Pandey and was released on 22 July 2016. It has a lot of positive reviews on google.

8. Sonchiriya

Sonchiriya is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language action film co-written and directed by Abhishek Chaubey and starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar, Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey, and Ashutosh Rana. The film received positive reviews from critics. Its dialogues are entirely in the Bundeli dialect.

Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! is a 2015 Indian Hindi-language mystery action-thriller film directed by Dibakar Banerjee and produced by Banerjee and Aditya Chopra.
